APPLICATION REVIEW

You’ve submitted your application and are one step closer to joining our team! Thank you for your interest in a career with Nutrabolt. Our Talent Acquisition team carefully reviews each application to match qualified candidates with each of our open positions. This means you may also be considered for a role that is not yet posted, or one you didn’t apply for.

PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

During the preliminary phone interview, you’ll have a chance to speak directly with our Talent Acquisition team. This is your opportunity to go into detail about your experience, and how it relates to the position you applied for.

HIRING MANAGER INTERVIEW

When speaking with the hiring manager, be ready to share specific examples of your accomplishments, business impacts, and anything else that will shed light on why you’re the best candidate for the job. If you have any additional role-specific questions, now is the time to ask.

FINAL INTERVIEWS

During this stage you’ll meet with some of the cross-functional partners you’ll work closely with in the role. These interviews will last 30-45 minutes, and are focused on Nutrabolt’s operating principles.

Depending on the role, we may also ask you to complete a ‘Skills in Action’ exercise to give you a chance to demonstrate your methodology, approach, and technical skills related to the position. Examples of a Skills in Action exercise could include an Excel assessment, case study, or presentation. This is your last-stop opportunity to convey what makes you great.

OFFER

Once you’ve completed your final round of interviews, you’ll typically hear back from us within a week. This gives our team a chance to debrief and prepare a competitive offer for you.

If selected, our Talent Acquisition team will call you with the good news and extend a verbal offer to join our high-performance team.
