Austin, Texas, April 29, 2024 — Nutrabolt continues to build its commercial muscle with the addition of three industry veterans who will help fuel the company’s leadership in global active health and wellness.

Louisa Lawless, Jason Cantelli, and Jack Harnedy join the Commercial Leadership Team led by Kyle Thomas, who was named the company’s Global Chief Commercial Officer in January.

“Adding this level of expertise to our industry-leading organization is one more way we are driving momentum for Nutrabolt’s best-in-class beverage and active-nutrition lines of business,” Thomas said. “We will continue to invest in our portfolio, people, and go-to-market rigor as we deliver on our commitment to make products that maximize human potential, accessible to all. We set out to make beverage history, and we have. But we are just getting started.”

Louisa Lawless joins Nutrabolt as Executive Vice President, Commercial Marketing & Sales, with responsibility for the organization’s marketing, strategy, and national sales functions across all revenue segments. Lawless comes to Nutrabolt from Stratus Group, where she served as Chief Strategy Officer for the wellness beverage incubator. She’s also held leadership positions for high-growth brands including Red Bull North America and Core Water. As Chief Strategy Officer for Core Nutrition, Lawless was instrumental in guiding the multi-million-dollar sale of Core Nutrition to Keurig Dr Pepper. Previously, Lawless served as general manager for Red Bull North America.

Jason Cantelli joins Nutrabolt as Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations & Execution, overseeing food service, specialty retail, and beverage distribution. Cantelli spent seven years at Boston Beer Company in distribution management and key accounts, and previously served Red Bull for 15 years in leadership roles for key accounts, distribution, and marketing. While at Red Bull, he established and led teams and functions including ecommerce, specialty retail business development, and the U.S. military business.

Jack Harnedy joins Nutrabolt as Vice President, Revenue Growth Management, with responsibility for pricing and promotion scheduling, along with analysis of new brands and innovation. In his prior position with Hostess Brands, Harnedy established the RGM function and achieved significant revenue growth through efficient and engaging promotions, trade programs, and data democratization. Prior to Hostess, he led the U.S. RGM, sales strategy, and customer analytics efforts at Colgate-Palmolive. At Kimberly-Clark and Newell Rubbermaid, he led cross-functional sales teams.

The addition of these executives follows other exciting 2023-2024 milestones for Nutrabolt:

  • In April, C4® unveiled rebranded pre-workout powders, including new, innovative formulations; an updated look and feel of the product; and the ‘We Hit Harder™’ brand equity platform.
  • C4® Energy® was named the first-ever Official Energy Drink Partner of WWE®, April 5-6.
  • In January, Nutrabolt acquired a 20% ownership stake in greens and superfoods leader Bloom Nutrition. Bloom completely disrupted this space, and is the No.1 brand in the category with tremendous upside potential.
  • According to yearend 2023 data from Circana, C4 Energy became a top-five brand in the U.S. energy drink market. Based on Q1 results, C4 Energy has now moved into the No. 4 position with continued momentum.

Watch for Nutrabolt to continue the momentum with innovative new flavors, product offerings, and promotions.
