On Friday, August 8, Nutrabolt teammates around the world stepped away from their desks to lean into our ‘Grow and Give Back’ mantra for our third annual Nutrabolt Service Day. From packing healthy snack boxes in Austin to volunteering at food banks, pet shelters, and youth centers across the globe, teammates showed up in full force to serve their communities.

This year’s Service Day marked a major milestone for Nutrabolt, with our highest participation rate ever at 81%, our highest number of volunteer hours at 1,701, and our highest number of charities served—64 total. Teammates volunteered in every region of the United States, as well as in Canada, the U.K., Jordan, Germany and Australia, with 368 total volunteers, including 34 guests who joined in the effort.

Giving back is a serious part of our company-wide performance culture. That’s why Nutrabolt provides its teammates with dedicated volunteer time off.

“I personally feel really grateful to be working at a company that wants to give back to the community, prioritizes it, and gives teammates a whole day to do it well. We never do anything just halfway,” says Austin-based teammate, Emma.

In Austin, teammates partnered with the GiveJoy Foundation to pack over 3,000 Joy Boxes filled with healthy snacks to fuel smart, active kids all year long. Each box also included a handwritten affirmation card from a teammate to offer students a little extra encouragement. Ahead of Service Day, Nutrabolt departments competed to fill 40 classroom supply bins—and blew past that goal by packing 53 bins with essential items to help teachers kick off a successful school year.

On Service Day, teammates added final touches to the bins, including C4 Energy and Bloom products for teachers to try. A shoe station was also set up in Austin, offering brand-new, name-brand shoes to help students start the school year with confidence.

While Austin teammates served locally, hundreds of others made an impact in their own communities. From sorting donations at food banks to writing letters for elder care facilities, teammates found meaningful ways to give back wherever they were.

“81% of our entire teammate population showed up to serve today. We say ‘One Nutrabolt’ and it’s true. Leaders are here doing the same work that I’m doing,” said Anum Charania, Director of Accounting at Nutrabolt. “It’s nice to see that everybody from the top down is doing the same work because our purpose is the same and we’re encouraged to give back.”

One standout server was Matthew Goldblatt, who logged 23 hours volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee and Hands On Nashville. Matt’s efforts not only made an impact in his community but also earned him the title of Nutrabolt’s ‘Top Server.’

Service Day is a reflection of who we are. It’s a day that brings us together, reminds us of our values, and allows us to make a real difference in the lives of others. That spirit was felt across every volunteer activity, whether teammates were packing Joy Boxes, writing affirmation cards, or serving in their local communities.

We’re proud of the impact our teammates made this year, and we’re already looking forward to what we’ll accomplish together in 2026.
